Art Fairs in November
In November, three renowned andinteresting art fairs are going to take place all around the World. We will analyse themin the following blog.
The first one is TEFAF New York (1st-5th November), which on its fourth edition focuses on fine and decorative arts from antiquity to 1920. As the world’s most buoyant art market, New York City provides the ideal context for a TEFAF Fair outside Maastricht, and allows a vital, transatlantic meeting ground for a global community of dealers, collectors, curators, interior designers and art-and-antiques enthusiasts.
The second one takes place in Madrid. Feriarte (16th-24th November) gathers in the Spanish capital the most exclusive art and antiques. With theparticipation of more than 90 antique dealers and art galleries, which will exhibit thousand of artworks over 100 years old, the city will once again become a meeting point for collectors, professionals and art lovers. Dozens of antique dealers will provide their best selection of artworks. From furniture, decorative objects, collections and jewellery including Art Decó, Art Nouveau, Eduardino, Alfonsino, painting and sculpture, archaeology, Tribal, Pre-Columbian and Oriental Art. In addition to all of this, the galleries offer contemporary painting and sculpture by renowned artists.
The third one is Fine Art Paris (13th-17th November). Created in 2017 by the organizers of the Salon du Dessin and in Association with Paris Tableau, Fine Arts Paris is a specialist art fair dedicated to Fine Arts from antiquity until today. It is in a unique and prestiogious location that allows it to host about forty international galleries, the great diversity of which is equalled only by their high quality. Dedicated to drawing, painting and sculpture, it is continuing in its desire to promote the influence of Paris as a stronghold of the global art market.
